About Me

My photo
The Pet Food Examiner
2007: I decided to dedicate myself to the nutrition and well being of domesticated cats and dogs. We, my wife Elizabeth and I were looking into the subject matter for the sake and health of our own dogs and cats. It just so happened that around the same time history’s largest pet food recall shocked the pet owner community. Trying to do the right thing for our pets ended up with the opening of LizzysHealthyPetFood.com. The on-line pet supply store’s mission is to provide only biologically appropriate nutrition for pets. The idea of being different means not just different in claiming so, but also by living it and locating and delivering the best nutrition available in the world. My duties include running the business and being the Pet Food Examiner. This requires a lot of research, studying, reading, browsing, talking to manufacturers, qualified specialists, vets, nutritionists and pet owners. Based on what we learn we not just select products for resale in our store but also share this knowledge with our store visitors. Our goal is not just being pet supply resellers but also to be informing educators contributing to a healthy environment for all our companion animals.
